The 2018 Landlord Training is a Northside-Southside Collaboration between North Newstead Association and Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC. This FREE training is open to all landlords, property managers, developers, and interested parties. This facility is ADA compliant. Come join us for a clean up at the Fresh Starts Community Garden on Tuesday, June 12th from 9am-12pm (snacks, water, and tools provided). Then, on Saturday, June 16th, come help us clean up St. Louis Place Park from 9am-12pm (snacks, water, and tools provided) as we get ready for the Take Back the Park family-fun series! We are partnering with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for a series of summer fun-days at St. Louis Place Park (June 18th, June 25th, and July 2nd from 11am-1pm) and Fairground Park (July 9th, July 16th, and July 23rd from 11am-1pm). Parents–bring and stay with your kids for a fun time with games and food provided by North Newstead Association and its partners! Join us at the O’Fallon Park YMCA on Tuesday June 19th at 6:30pm for a Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC-North Newstead Association collaborative Landlord Training (please register here). We’re also partnering with Mission St. Louis on June 19th for a 3-neighborhood clean up! And don’t forget about our gardening workshop with free LimeBike and ofo bike rides provided by Trailnet and free produce delivered via Veggie Bike from St. Louis Metro Market on Saturday, June 23rd! Then, on the 30th of June, we have a 4th Ward clean up! Hope to see folks out and about this jam-packed June!

Come join us this Saturday as we clean up in Kingsway West from 9am – 12pm. All volunteers should meet at Lexington Elementary School at 9am. We will clean up around the neighborhood. NNA will provide tools, water, and snacks.
